Take Care of Your Hair
Most people – men and women, are conscious about their hair. We tend to change our hairstyle from time to time for a newer, fresher look. For women, a visit to the parlor to get their hair done is a way to relax after a stressful week of work. Men would have haircuts more regularly than women do. We also use different shampoos and chemicals to make our hair look good. Men use hair wax or gel to shape their hair for a sleek look. Women would use leave on conditioners and moisturizers for shiny and smooth hair. If we keep using chemicals so often, we might already be damaging our hair. So it is not always a good thing to keep using different products in our hair.

Different treatments like perming, coloring, relaxing and straightening can leave our hair damaged. The improper use of chemicals in our hair can cause hair breakage. Combing or brushing the hair too frequently can also cause this problem. To avoid hair breakage, make sure to have hair treatments months at a time – meaning, after 4 to 6 months after your last one. This will give time for the hair to relax.
Dandruff is also a common problem that men and women experience. There are anti-dandruff shampoos and dandruff treatment shampoos out there as well. When shampooing, massage the scalp for a few minutes with your fingers. This will help in removing the flakes that built up in your scalp.
If you think you have serious problems in your scalp and hair, seek advice from your dermatologist to get the right treatment.
